Steps

The Cyclone connects over Bluetooth on Switch, Windows 10+, Android 8.0+ and iOS 13+. Power on into the matching mode and pick [GameSir-T4 Cyclone] in your Bluetooth menu. A slow-blinking HOME light means it is reconnecting to a remembered device; a solid light means you are good to play.

Each mode (PC, Switch, Android, iOS) keeps its own last device, so switching modes lets you hop between hosts without re-pairing every time.
