Make sure you held PAIR until the LED blinks fast, and that you are searching on the same mode (D or K) you paired in. Remove any old [8BitDo Micro gamepad] entry, then pair again.

Over Bluetooth the Micro shows up as [8BitDo Micro gamepad]. Choose slider D for Android (standard gamepad) or K for Keyboard mode, which is compatible with Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, Android and Raspberry Pi. After the first pairing it reconnects automatically; if it will not connect, delete it from your Bluetooth list and pair again.
