The SN30 Pro+ chooses its platform from the button held with START at power-on: Y + START for Nintendo Switch, X + START for Windows, A + START for macOS, and B + START for Android. Hold PAIR for three seconds to enter pairing — the LED rotates from left to right. Finish via Change Grip/Order on Switch, or by selecting the controller in your device's Bluetooth list. The LED goes solid once connected, and pressing START reconnects afterwards.

FAQ

What's the difference from holding SELECT?
After a reset you can also enter pairing by holding SELECT for 3 seconds; the power-on combo sets the platform mode first.
It won't pair to my phone.
Power on with B + START (Android), hold PAIR 3 seconds, then select it in Android Bluetooth.
