For low-latency 2.4G play on PC, plug in the bundled USB dongle, slide the rear mode switch to 2.4G, and press HOME to power on. The Xbox light runs while searching and goes solid once connected. The controller and dongle are paired out of the box; if they lose each other, hold the pairing button to re-enter pairing. On Xbox the G7 Pro must be used wired.
FAQ
- Does 2.4G work on Xbox?

- The dongle does not connect.
- Re-seat the dongle, set the switch to 2.4G, power on with HOME, then hold the pairing button until the lights run.
