The Tarantula Pro selects its platform by the channel-indicator pattern it shows while you hold the Pairing button: a horizontal sweep = Switch, channels 1 & 5 = Android, channels 2/3/4 = iOS or Windows Bluetooth, channels 1/2/4/5 = the 2.4G dongle. A solid channel light means it is connected.

FAQ

It won't show up over Bluetooth.
Hold the Pairing button for 2 sec until the channel pattern blinks, then search again. For the dongle, also hold the dongle's pairing button to re-link both.
Which name does it use over Bluetooth?
Android shows [GameSir-Tarantula Pro]; iOS and Windows show DUALSHOCK 4 / Wireless Controller because Bluetooth uses DS4 mode.
