Steps

  1. 1The Cyclone 2 has a dedicated mode button per platform: NS (red), HID (amber), DS4 (blue), XInput (green).
  2. 2Hold the target mode button for 2 sec; the HOME indicator shows that mode's color.
  3. 3You can also cycle XInput / NS / DS4 by holding VIEW + MENU.

Modes map to colors: NS = red, HID = amber, DS4 = blue, XInput = green. Hold the matching mode button to switch, or cycle XInput/NS/DS4 with VIEW + MENU. Important: GameSir Connect on PC only detects the controller in XInput (via 2.4G dongle or USB cable) — it cannot see it while in DS4 or NS mode over Bluetooth.

GameSir Connect can't find my controller.
Switch to XInput (green) and connect by the 2.4G dongle or USB-C. Connect cannot detect the pad while it is in DS4 or NS mode over Bluetooth.
On Switch the A/B and X/Y feel swapped.
